We offer Free Shipping to Canada on nearly all orders. Exceptions include orders under $100 which are subject to a $20 handling fee. In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of order. Special order items are drop shipped from the distributor or shipped via Gabriel Ross depending on destination. Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days"; this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.

Remote Delivery Area Surcharge

We will make every effort to fulfill your order based on our standard Free Shipping policy; however, an additional surcharge of 3-4% (depending on the order) is often required for delivery to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote locations outside of major centres. This is due to a Delivery Area Surcharge applied by some shipping companies. We will always contact you, prior to applying this shipping surcharge and prior to charging your credit card.

QuickShip Delivery (Canada)

Some of the items we sell we endeavor to always have in stock and are labeled as QuickShip. Our goal is to ship out all in stock QuickShip items within 3 business days. These items are stocked, packaged and ready to go so will normally arrive to your door within 5-10  business days of leaving our warehouse. This is subject to spikes in demand and therefore may not be possible.

Normal Delivery (Canada)

We do not keep inventory on all items. With the exception of showroom stock and our QuickShip items, all items have specific manufacturer lead times that can range anywhere from 1-16 weeks. Because these lead times change on the regular basis, please contact us for specific lead times. Lead times are estimates only. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is available on Herman Miller and Knoll products at an additional cost of $150 CAD. Standard Delivery does not include:

• inside a building or home
• Removal of packaging
• Specific delivery appointments

Inside or White Glove Delivery consists of:

• a scheduled appointment with the consignee with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Two-person delivery to consignee location
• Item(s) delivered inside the home and placed in the room of choice
• Item(s) delivered to main and/or second level (up or down)
• Item(s) unpacked and packaging debris removed from consignee's premises
• Light assembly up to 15 minutes for items such as the Noguchi table.

USA Shipping Overview

Due to certain supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. Currently these include Herman Miller products. All other brands are available to US buyers.

For items sent to the US we charge shipping at cost and we attempt to use the best value method available for each case. Shipping estimates should be requested in advance if needed.

We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties from Canada to their country.
