Ennezero

Aesthetically, artistically, and philosophically, Ennezero exist in a world entirely of their own. The company's ideology is shaped by the theories of the Radical Design movement, which arose from the nineteen sixties in Tuscanny before spreading over the world. Spearheaded by artists and thinkers such as Alessandro Mendini, Gaetano Pesce and Ettore Sottsass, the movement inspired works that acted as a critique of prioritising function in design. The result was products which were conceived of as "emotional media", forms which encapsulated the ideas, thoughts and yearnings that were emblematic of an entire generation.
Ennezero do not boast an extensive catalog of mass-produced furniture; rather they offer an exclusive selection of limited edition pieces which are as much works of art as they are pieces of furniture. The collection "Valentina, la donna è mobile" uses the designs of the famous Italian pop-artist Guido Crepax, and his most popular comic book protagonist, Valentina. The breath-taking 'Full Moon' collection, too, is in a league of its own. A cabinet featuring a lunar design which lights up in the dark, it truly needs to be seen to be believed. What the designs share is a unique presence, a way of standing out and starting conversations that will make them an investment to treasure.
