When will my QuickShip Aeron arrive?
We intend to keep the QuickShip Aerons in stock, and therefore they are ready to ship. We use a 5 day ground delivery service from Fedex. When the demand means we have sold out we will ship your QuickShip Aeron as soon as we get re-stocked. We get deliveries almost every week. View our Aeron Chairs.
When will my 'Build Your Own' Aeron arrive?
These are made to order in the Herman Miller factory in Michigan USA, and they can take up to 4 weeks to build, and another 10 days to transport. They are worth the wait. Build your own Aeron Chair.
What size do I need, A, B or C?
Take a look at the sizing chart - Most find a B or C suitable - you could consider whether anyone else will be sharing the chair and how large is the area you work in.
What caster type do I need?
The recommended all purpose caster is the C7 which is an upgrade which we include with the Fully loaded chairs and is suitable for hardwood and carpeted flooring. The BB caster is ideal for carpeted areas. There are others which you can see in the Caster and Glides for the Aeron Chair brochure.
What is a glide?
It is an alternative to a caster; basically, a foot rather than a wheel. We have never sold an Aeron with glides instead of casters, but hey, you could buy the first.
